1:1 Coaching Programme

A typical programme includes:

  • 6–12 coaching sessions (60–90 minutes each)

  • Pre‑session reflection exercises

  • Personal development tools and resources

  • Optional psychometrics such as DISC

  • Email support between sessions

  • A review session to measure growth and impact

Everything is tailored to you.

 

In‑Person or Online

Coaching can be delivered online or face‑to‑face across the West Midlands and surrounding regions.
