Meet our founder

As an executive coach and trainer my passion for people development stems from a diverse and culturally rich upbringing in Northwest London during the early 1980s.

Growing up in a melting pot of diversity, surrounded by different people, religions, customs, and mindsets, my early years were deeply influenced by the cultural tapestry of my home city. Sport, particularly football, became a cornerstone of my life, instilling a love for continuous improvement and the importance of teamwork.

Leaving London opened doors to new horizons, allowing me to witness varied forms of self-improvement and leadership. My professional journey began in professional services, where I worked closely with Managing Directors and senior leaders, absorbing their diverse approaches and leadership styles. A 14-year tenure with a top UK accountancy firm further honed my skills, providing first-hand experience in working with partners and embedding organisational change.

Motivated to address the prevalent negativity, such as burnout, depression and relationship breakdowns, in high-pressure organisations, I founded Kinetic. The core idea was to make people development inspirational and energising, leveraging the energy of progress and activity to transform individuals into better leaders, managers and team members.

Recognising the valuable lessons from elite sports, we can agree, not everyone can be a gold medal winner. However, we can ALL draw inspiration from their achievements and learn their trade secrets to develop effective strategies. With a passion for understanding how people think, I became an International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach, resulting in a fundamental shift the in the way we operate and positively impacting our training through an insight-based coaching approach.

With over 20 years of experience working with executive-level leaders, I use this knowledge to challenge, support and create atmospheres conducive to learning. Our attendees find themselves in wonderful spaces where powerful conversations unfold, even amidst the toughest business challenges.

With a decade of experience as a Thomas International and Discovery Insights practitioner, I try to bring a refreshing approach to DISC assessments too. Rather than drowning in complex jargon, I focus on raising self-awareness through an appreciation of personalities and strengths. Behavioural agility becomes a superpower when aligned with the right intentions, such as becoming a better leader and enhancing team interactions.
