Meet the team
Kingsley’s passion is helping people to achieve more than they think is possible. Football is his sport and he played at school, college, university and still dusts off his boot’s semi-regularly now.
With over 20 years experience in training delivery, business solutions and leadership positions, Kingsley's mission is to improve team performance and wellbeing at work.
Claire loves getting the best out of people and supporting others to achieve their goals. Claire captained the England fencing team to a gold medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
Claire retired from international fencing in 2012 and now draws on the lessons she learnt from elite level sport to help progress, empower and develop others.
A two-time World Champion and Olympic silver medallist rower, Annie’s passions lie in empowering others and understanding how they tick.
As an athlete, she was fascinated by the inner workings of the mind and how that determined her physical performance, and since retiring she has taken this interest a giant leap further by publishing Mind Games, which won the General Outstanding Sports Writing Award at the 2020 Telegraph British Sport Book Awards.
As a results-driven and effective behavioural change specialist, you will notice very quickly when working with Ricky how he adapts his people development experience to empower and help create a focused mindset and support the implementation of purposeful behaviours to achieve results.
If Ricky has a pool cue in his hands we recommend taking a seat.
Inline skating champion Jenna is an LG Action Sports World Champion, a 10 x British Champion and a former X-Games silver medallist.
After turning professional at the age 12 (making Jenna the youngest female skater in the world to ever turn pro) there was no stopping her and Jenna has gone on to become an institution in British rollerblading.
