Ditch the Desks! has been specifically designed for groups of emerging talent, future leaders and bespoke teams. It is ideal for groups of 15-50 participants and features a mix of physical activities, self-reflection and group work. These elements are designed to challenge participants, encourage self-discovery, and add some fun along the way too.

 

Based on our belief that a growth mindset is vital for elite performance, Ditch the Desks! combines theory with action and includes a strategy session where participants create and commit to expanding their professional comfort zones and embedding a growth mindset in themselves and their teams.
