Challenge
An international bank’s Employee Network Group (ENG) wanted to provide targeted training for its members, with a focus on building confidence, resilience and leadership potential. The bank’s aim was to support diverse employees in reaching their full potential and prepare them for senior leadership roles. Kinetic was tasked with creating a series of workshops that would equip participants with the tools to thrive in a competitive corporate environment.

Solution
Kinetic delivered three hybrid workshops to the bank’s ENG members, focusing on performance psychology and strengths-based development. Each session introduced key concepts for managing setbacks, building confidence and balancing personal well-being with professional performance. Kinetic’s approach included self-reflective exercises, case studies from high-performing business leaders and practical strategies for embedding learning into day-to-day practice. Special attention was given to gender empowerment, ensuring women felt equipped to pursue senior leadership positions within the bank.
Results
The workshops were a resounding success, with participants reporting increased confidence and a clearer understanding of how to manage setbacks. The focus on strengths-based development allowed employees to maximise their personal and professional potential. The bank also saw greater engagement from women in leadership roles, contributing to the company’s commitment to gender balance and diversity at senior levels.
